Indiana High School Softball - New Castle tipped by Union County

March 30, 2022: Liberty, IN 47353

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Union County Patriots (Liberty, IN) softball team the visiting New Castle Trojans (New Castle, IN), by a margin of 4-2.

With the triumph, Union County moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Patriots host Cowan (Muncie, IN) to play the Blackhawks in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 2. The Blackhawks come into the contest with a record of 0-0.

In their next game, the Trojans play the Connersville Spartans (Connersville, IN) in a non-league contest, on Monday, April 4. New Castle will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
