The Hendersonville Bearcats baseball team (Hendersonville, NC), 4-1 in Thursday's league outing with the visiting R-S Central Hilltoppers (Rutherfordton, NC)
The Hilltoppers now hold a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Patton for a Mountain Foothills Seven 2A outing on Tuesday, April 4. R-S Central will face a Panthers team coming off a 11-4 league loss to Polk County (Columbus, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 4-6.
Next, the Bearcats face the Erwin Warriors (Asheville, NC) in a non-league outing, on Monday, April 3. Hendersonville will attempt to advance on its 6-4 season record. The Warriors enter the outing with a 6-4 record after their 4-3 non-league loss to Pisgah (Canton, NC).
