The Pickens County Tornadoes baseball team (Reform, AL), was overwhelmed 16-1 in Thursday's league outing with the host South Lamar Stallions (Millport, AL)

The Stallions now hold a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marion County for a non-league outing on Friday, March 31.

Next, the Tornadoes confront the Berry Wildcats (Berry, AL) in a 1A Area 8 outing, on Tuesday, April 4. Pickens County will attempt to advance on its 1-8 season record. The Wildcats go into the outing with a 1-4 record after their 8-2 league win over Holy Spirit Catholic (Tuscaloosa, AL).
