In Thursday's league game, the visiting Sulligent Blue Devils baseball team scored a tight 7-0 victory over the Winston County Yellowjackets.
The Blue Devils (8-4) will now prepare for their game against Hamilton (Hamilton, MS). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 11-5 record. In their last game, Hamilton tipped Okolona (Okolona, MS), 10-0, in a league game.
The Yellowjackets (6-8) will now prepare for their game against Lamar County (Vernon, AL). The Bulldogs go into the 2A Area 10 game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Lamar County was overwhelmed by Winfield (Winfield, AL), 8-7, in a non-league game.
