In Thursday's league battle, the host Westerville South Wildcats volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Pickerington Central Tigers.
The Wildcats (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Pickerington North (Pickerington, OH). The Panthers come into the battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Pickerington North was edged by Bishop Fenwick (Franklin, OH), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
