The Animo Venice Pirates volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Stella High Charter Academy Eagles to 2 in the Pirates league victory on Thursday.

The Pirates now have a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Middle College for a Crosstown/Ocean game on Tuesday, April 18. Animo Venice will meet a Cougars team coming off a 3-1 league win over Animo Watts (Los Angeles, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 7-2.

The Eagles (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Middle College (Los Angeles, CA). The Cougars enter the Crosstown/Ocean game with a 7-2 record.
