North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Hunt drops to Wakefield

March 30, 2023: Raleigh, NC 27614

In Thursday's league test, the host Wakefield Wolverines lacrosse squad scored a good 17-4 victory over the Hunt Warriors.

The Wolverines now have a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Heritage for a Northern Athletic test on Tuesday, April 11. Wakefield will face a Huskies squad coming off a 12-5 league loss to Wake Forest (Wake Forest, NC). The Huskies record now stands at 9-3.

In their next game, the Warriors face the J.H. Rose Rampants (Greenville, NC) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 3. Hunt will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Rampants come into the test with a 5-3 record after their 20-4 non-league win over D.H. Conley (Greenville, NC).
