The White Oak Vikings crushed the host Croatan Cougars baseball team by a count of 12-6 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Vikings now possess a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Swansboro for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 11. White Oak will face a Pirates team coming off a 10-1 league loss to Richlands (Richlands, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 2-7.
Next, the Cougars face the West Carteret Patriots (Morehead City, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 4. Croatan will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Patriots enter the bout with a 3-3 record after their 9-7 non-league win over New Bern (New Bern, NC).
