The Langley Saxons baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the host Herndon Hornets to 1 in the Saxons non-league victory on Thursday.

The Saxons (3-2) will now prepare for their match against George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA). The Statesmen go into the non-league match with a 2-1 record.

The Hornets (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Washington-Liberty (Arlington, VA). The Generals go into the non-league match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, Washington-Liberty tipped Wakefield (The Plains, VA), 6-0, in a non-league match.
