The Belton-Honea Path Bears smashed the visiting Fountain Inn Fury soccer squad by a margin of 7-0 in Thursday's league match.
The Bears now sport a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to Pendleton for a non-league match on Friday, March 31. Belton-Honea Path will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Walhalla (Walhalla, SC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-7.
With the loss, Fountain Inn drops to 1-9 on the season. The Fury host Wren (Piedmont, SC) to encounter the Hurricanes in a AAA Region 2 match on Monday, April 3. The Hurricanes come into the match with a record of 9-5. Wren won 4-0 in their recent league match against Southside (Greenville, SC)
