In Thursday's league outing, the host Wayne Christian Eagles softball team scored a close 9-7 win over the Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots.
Coming up next, the Eagles encounter the Cannon Cougars (Concord, NC) in a non-league outing, on Friday, March 31. Wayne Christian will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Cougars enter the outing with a 4-3 record after their 20-3 non-league win over Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC).
