California High School Softball - Berkeley knocked off by Bishop O'Dowd

In Thursday's league contest, the Bishop O'Dowd Dragons (Oakland, CA) softball team overwhelmed the host Berkeley Yellowjackets (Berkeley, CA), by a margin of 11-0.

With the triumph, Bishop O'Dowd moves its record to 5-5 on the year. The Dragons travel to Encinal (Alameda, CA) to play the Jets in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 1. The Jets come into the contest with a record of 3-5. Encinal lost 4-1 in their recent non-league contest against Alameda (Alameda, CA)

In their next game, the Yellowjackets play the Mt. Eden Monarchs (Hayward, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, April 11. Berkeley will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The Monarchs come into the contest with a 5-1 record after their 11-7 league loss to Encinal (Alameda, CA).
