Buffalo Island Central Mustangs (Monette, AR) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Manila Lions (Manila, AR), 20-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Mustangs now sport a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Poinsett County for a 2A-3 challenge on Monday, April 3.
With the loss, Manila falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Buffalo Island Central (Monette, AR) to face the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 4. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 4-6.
