Virginia High School Softball - Fairfax falls to South County

In Thursday's league outing, the host South County Stallions softball team scored a nice 14-4 win over the Fairfax Lions.

Coming up next, the Stallions battle the West Potomac Wolverines (Alexandria, VA) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, April 1. South County will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Wolverines enter the outing with a 4-1 record after their 11-2 league win over West Springfield (Springfield, VA).

The Lions (0-5) will now prepare for their outing against Gar-Field (Woodbridge, VA). The Red Wolves enter the non-league outing with a 3-2 record. In their last outing, Gar-Field was routed by Potomac Senior (Dumfries, VA), 13-5, in a league outing.
