North Carolina High School Softball - Gaston Christian falls to High Point Christian Academy

In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting High Point Christian Academy Cougars softball team scored a nice 13-0 win over the Gaston Christian Eagles.

Coming up next, the Cougars battle the Covenant Day Lions (Matthews, NC) in a non-league outing, on Monday, April 3. High Point Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 10-1 season record. The Lions enter the outing with a 6-3 record after their 20-0 non-league win over Forest Hills (Marshville, NC).

The Eagles (3-6) will now prepare for their outing against Concord Academy (Concord, NC). The Eagles enter the NICSAA Metrolina outing with a 4-3 record. In their last outing, Concord Academy ran past Piedmont Community Charter (Gastonia, NC), 15-5, in a non-league outing.
