The Indian River Braves softball team (Chesapeake, VA), was routed 15-2 in Thursday's league test with the visiting Hickory Hawks (Chesapeake, VA)
Coming up next, the Hawks encounter the Great Bridge Wildcats (Chesapeake, VA) in a Southeastern test, on Tuesday, April 4. Hickory will attempt to improve on its 6-0 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 6-1 record after their 14-8 non-league win over Kempsville (Virginia Beach, VA).
The Braves (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Grassfield (Chesapeake, VA). The Grizzlies come into the Southeastern test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Grassfield overcame Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA), 4-1, in a league test.
