With the triumph, Tennessee moves its record to 8-2 on the year. The Vikings travel to Dobyns-Bennett (Kingsport, TN) to clash with the Indians in a non-league game on Friday, March 31. The Indians come into the game with a record of 1-0.

In their next game, the Patriots clash with the Unicoi County Blue Devils (Erwin, TN) in a 3A District 1 game, on Tuesday, April 4. Sullivan East will attempt to move on its 2-10 season record. The Blue Devils come into the game with a 3-5 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to Rye Cove (Clinchport, VA).
