Ritchie County Rebels (Ellenboro, WV) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Doddridge County Bulldogs (West Union, WV), 8-7 in a league test.

With the win, Ritchie County upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Rebels travel to Roane County (Spencer, WV) to battle the Raiders in a Little Kanawha test on Wednesday, April 3. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 1-1.
