The Fairview Yellowjackets baseball team (Fairview, OK), was overwhelmed 11-1 in Saturday's non-league outing with the host Elgin Owls (Elgin, OK)

The Owls now hold a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Altus for a 5A District 2 outing on Monday, April 1. Elgin will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 29-4 non-league win over Lawton (Lawton, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-7.

Next, the Yellowjackets confront the Cherokee Chiefs (Cherokee, OK) in a non-league outing, on Monday, April 1. Fairview will attempt to advance on its 5-11 season record. The Chiefs go into the outing with a 4-6 record after their 6-4 non-league win over Okeene (Okeene, OK).
