Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Whitley County Colonels (Williamsburg, KY) and the visiting Pulaski County Maroons (Somerset, KY), saw Whitley County's baseball squad knock off Pulaski County by a count of 13-3.

Coming up next, the Colonels play the Lyon County Lyons (Eddyville, KY) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 1. Whitley County will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record. The Lyons enter the battle with a 3-4 record after their 12-1 league win over Trigg County (Cadiz, KY).
