The New Bern Bears baseball team scored 20 runs and limited the host West Craven Eagles to 3 in the Bears non-league victory on Saturday.
The Bears (7-3) will now prepare for their match against J.H. Rose (Greenville, NC). The Rampants go into the non-league match with a 7-2 record. In their last match, J.H. Rose was overwhelmed by D.H. Conley (Greenville, NC), 5-4, in a non-league match.
The Eagles (0-8) will now prepare for their match against Farmville Central (Farmville, NC). The Jaguars go into the non-league match with a 2-3 record.
