In Saturday's non-league challenge, the North Pocono Trojans (Covington Township, PA) baseball squad nipped the host Wyoming Valley West Spartans (Plymouth, PA), by a margin of 6-5.

With the win, North Pocono betters its record to 2-1 on the season. The Trojans travel to Honesdale (Honesdale, PA) to encounter the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 2. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
