The Borah Lions (Boise, ID) softball routed the host Eagle Mustangs (Eagle, ID), 13-2 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Lions (5-1) will now prepare for their bout against Bishop Kelly (Boise, ID). The Knights go into the non-league bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Bishop Kelly was routed by Middleton (Middleton, ID), 17-7, in a non-league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Boise for a bout on Friday, April 5. Eagle will confront a Brave squad coming off a 31-16 league loss to Capital (Boise, ID). The Brave record now stands at 2-6.
