In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Second Baptist Eagles baseball team scored a close 7-3 win over the Episcopal Knights.

The Eagles (8-1) will now prepare for their match against Lutheran South Academy (Houston, TX). The Pioneers come into the TAPPS Division II District 4 match with a 19-5 record.

The Knights now have a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. John's for a Southwest Prep - South match on Tuesday, March 31. Episcopal will battle a Mavericks squad coming off a 12-5 non-league loss to Palmer Trinity (Miami, FL). The Mavericks record now stands at 5-6.
