Rhode Island High School Softball - Central succumbs to Shea

March 30, 2026: Pawtucket, RI 02860

In Monday's league test, the Shea Pawtucket (Pawtucket, RI) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Central Knights (Providence, RI), by a tally of 15-2.

Next, the Pawtucket clash with the Tiverton Tigers (Tiverton, RI) in a Division 3 test, on Wednesday, April 1. Shea will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 1-0 record after their 19-4 league win over Rogers (Newport, RI).

The Knights (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Mt. Pleasant (Providence, RI). The Kilties go into the Division 3 test with a 0-0 record.
