Horseshoe Bend Generals (New Site, AL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Beulah Bobcats (Valley, AL), 18-6 in a non-league test.
With the win, Horseshoe Bend upgrades its record to 8-7 on the season. The Generals host Randolph County (Wedowee, AL) to battle the Tigers in a 2A Area 7 test on Monday, April 4. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 6-8.
With the defeat, Beulah falls to 4-8 on the season. The Bobcats host Dadeville (Dadeville, AL) to battle the Tigers in a 3A Area 7 test on Tuesday, April 5. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 3-13.
