The Mayfair Monsoons the visiting Firebaugh Falcons baseball team by a count of 6-1 in Thursday's league bout.
The Monsoons now possess a 9-9 record. They take the field next when they host La Mirada for a Suburban bout on Tuesday, April 5. Mayfair will face a Matadores team coming off a 12-1 league win over Bellflower (Bellflower, CA). The Matadores record now stands at 13-4.
Next, the Falcons face the Norwalk Lancers (Norwalk, CA) in a Suburban bout, on Tuesday, April 5. Firebaugh will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record. The Lancers enter the bout with a 10-9 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Mary Star of the Sea (San Pedro, CA).
