In Thursday's league contest, the South Jefferson Spartans (Adams, NY) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Indian River Warriors (Philadelphia, NY), by a count of 16-5.

Coming up next, the Spartans confront the Carthage Comets (Carthage, NY) in a Section 3 Frontier - A contest, on Tuesday, April 5. South Jefferson will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Comets enter the contest with a 0-2 record after their 6-5 non-league loss to Chittenango (Chittenango, NY).
