In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Stuarts Draft Cougars soccer squad scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Rockbridge County Wildcats.

The Cougars (2-2) will now prepare for their bout against Waynesboro (Waynesboro, VA). The Little Giants go into the non-league bout with a 5-1 record. In their last bout, Waynesboro held off Turner Ashby (Bridgewater, VA), 2-0, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Harrisonburg Blue Streaks (Harrisonburg, VA) in a Valley bout, on Tuesday, April 12. Rockbridge County will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record.
