The Clovis Wildcats baseball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Lovington Wildcats to 10 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Thursday.
The Wildcats (6-3) will now prepare for their match against Texico (Texico, NM). The Wolverines go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Texico was overwhelmed by Logan (Logan, NM), 14-12, in a non-league match.
The Wildcats (1-13) will now prepare for their match against Goddard (Roswell, NM). The Rockets go into the match with a 5-6 record. In their last match, Goddard was overwhelmed by Roswell (Roswell, NM), 7-4, in a non-league match.
