California High School Softball - Walnut can't hold off Diamond Bar

The Diamond Bar Brahmas softball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Walnut Mustangs to 6 in the Brahmas league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Diamond Bar moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Brahmas host Rowland (Rowland Heights, CA) to clash with the Raiders in a game on Monday, April 4. The Raiders come into the game with a record of 0-1. Rowland lost 17-3 in their recent league game against Walnut (Walnut, CA)
In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Bonita Bearcats (La Verne, CA) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 1. Walnut will attempt to move on its 4-14 season record. The Bearcats come into the game with a 13-3 record after their 19-0 league win over Glendora (Glendora, CA).
