In Thursday's non-league test, the visiting Fairhaven Blue Devils lacrosse squad scored a good 12-1 victory over the New Bedford Whalers.
The Blue Devils now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host East Bridgewater for a non-league test on Friday, April 8.
In their next game, the Whalers face the Bridgewater-Raynham Trojans (Bridgewater, MA) in a Maritime test, on Tuesday, April 12. New Bedford will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
