In Thursday's league battle, the visiting Trinity Presbyterian Wildcats soccer squad scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Providence Christian Eagles.
The Wildcats (9-1) will now prepare for their battle against Pike County (Brundidge, AL). The Bulldogs come into the 1A-3A Region 2 battle with a 0-5 record. In their last battle, Pike County was nudged by Montgomery Catholic (Montgomery, AL), 10-0, in a league battle.
