Christ Bridge Academy Archangels (Jennings, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Mount Olive Christian (Athens, LA), 20-0 in a league challenge.
The Archangels now own a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Good Samaritan HomeSchool for a challenge on Monday, April 4. Christ Bridge Academy will battle a Hornets squad coming off a 26-0 league loss to Westminster Christian Academy (Lafayette, LA). The Hornets record now stands at 0-6.
With the loss, Mount Olive Christian falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The travel to Christian Home Educators Fellowship (Baton Rouge, LA) to clash with the Patriots in a ACEL game on Monday, April 11. The Patriots come into the game with a record of 12-1.
