Arizona High School Softball - Sunnyside bounces Desert View

The Sunnyside Blue Devils (Tucson, AZ) softball routed the host Desert View Jaguars (Tucson, AZ), 6-0 in Thursday's league bout.

The Blue Devils (10-7) will now prepare for their bout against Cienega (Vail, AZ). The Bobcats go into the 5A Southern bout with a 10-9 record. In their last bout, Cienega was routed by Sabino (Tucson, AZ), 5-0, in a non-league bout.

The Jaguars now possess a 8-5 record. They play next when they host Rincon/University for a non-league bout on Friday, April 1. Desert View will confront a Rangers squad coming off a 18-3 league loss to Maricopa (Maricopa, AZ). The Rangers record now stands at 3-11.
