The Garden Valley Wolverines (Garden Valley, ID) softball routed the host Wilder Wildcats (Wilder, ID), 23-12 in Thursday's league bout.
The Wolverines (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Horseshoe Bend (Horseshoe Bend, ID). The Mustangs go into the 1A Western Idaho bout with a 1-4 record. In their last bout, Horseshoe Bend was routed by Glenns Ferry (Glenns Ferry, ID), 18-3, in a league bout.
