The Bear Grass Charter Bears baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Ocracoke Dolphins to 0 in the Bears league victory on Friday.
The Bears (9-2) will now prepare for their match against Cape Hatteras (Buxton, NC). The Hurricanes go into the Atlantic Five 1A match with a 0-8 record. In their last match, Cape Hatteras was overwhelmed by Panther Creek (Cary, NC), 18-7, in a non-league match.
The Dolphins (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Hobgood Charter (Hobgood, NC). The Raiders go into the non-league match with a 1-5 record.
