North Carolina High School Baseball - Chambers loses to Hopewell

In Friday's league game, the visiting Hopewell Titans baseball team scored a nice 11-2 victory over the Chambers Cougars.

The Titans (10-3) will now prepare for their game against West Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Hawks go into the Queen City 3A/4A game with a 2-8 record. In their last game, West Mecklenburg was overwhelmed by North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC), 13-11, in a league game.

The Cougars (3-7) will now prepare for their game against Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC). The Greenwave go into the non-league game with a 0-11 record. In their last game, Ashbrook was overwhelmed by Forestview (Gastonia, NC), 5-4, in a league game.
