The Cigarroa Toros (Laredo, TX) baseball nipped the visiting Martin Tigers (Laredo, TX), 5-4 in Friday's league contest.

Coming up next, the Toros play the Juarez-Lincoln Huskies (La Joya, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 30 contest, on Tuesday, April 4. Cigarroa will attempt to better on its 4-13 season record. The Huskies enter the contest with a 5-10 record after their 11-1 league loss to Rio Grande City (Rio Grande City, TX).
