Georgia High School Baseball - Monroe Area loses to Franklin County

In Friday's league game, the host Franklin County Lions baseball team scored a nice 10-0 victory over the Monroe Area Purple Hurricanes.
The Lions (15-5) will now prepare for their game against Crescent (Iva, SC). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Crescent overcame Walhalla (Walhalla, SC), 9-8, in a league game.
The Purple Hurricanes (6-14) will now prepare for their game against Rockdale County (Conyers, GA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league game with a 7-12 record. In their last game, Rockdale County was overwhelmed by Alcovy (Covington, GA), 13-0, in a league game.
