The McDonough Rams baseball team (Pomfret, MD), was tipped 4-3 in Friday's league outing with the host Great Mills Hornets (Great Mills, MD)
The Hornets now hold a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to La Plata for a Southern Maryland outing on Monday, April 3. Great Mills will confront a Warriors team coming off a 14-0 league win over Westlake (Waldorf, MD). The Warriors record now stands at 4-1.
Next, the Rams confront the Chopticon Braves (Morganza, MD) in a non-league outing, on Monday, April 3. McDonough will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record. The Braves go into the outing with a 5-0 record after their 9-0 league win over Calvert (Prince Frederick, MD).
