In Friday's non-league game, the host Wilson Eagles baseball team scored a tight 8-7 victory over the Marietta Indians.
The Eagles (6-5) will now prepare for their game against Thackerville (Thackerville, OK). The Wildcats go into the non-league game with a 1-10 record. In their last game, Thackerville was edged by Wayne (Wayne, OK), 6-5, in a non-league game.
The Indians (2-11) will now prepare for their game against Frederick (Frederick, OK). The Bombers go into the Southern Eight game with a 8-8 record. In their last game, Frederick tipped Snyder (Snyder, OK), 6-2, in a non-league game.
