In Friday's league game, the visiting Southeast Guilford Falcons baseball team scored a nice 14-2 victory over the Southwest Guilford Cowboys.
The Falcons (6-6) will now prepare for their game against Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Hornets go into the Metro 4A game with a 1-10 record. In their last game, Western Guilford was overwhelmed by Page (Greensboro, NC), 11-1, in a league game.
The Cowboys (10-3) will now prepare for their game against Grimsley (Greensboro, NC). The Whirlies go into the Metro 4A game with a 4-8 record. In their last game, Grimsley was overwhelmed by Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC), 8-7, in a league game.
