Wesleyan Wolves (Norcross, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting White County Warriors (Cleveland, GA), 7-0 in a league test.

With the win, Wesleyan upgrades its record to 9-7 on the season. The Wolves host Gilmer (Ellijay, GA) to battle the Bobcats in a 3A Area 7 test on Tuesday, April 4. The Bobcats come into the test with a record of 6-13. Gilmer lost 12-0 in their recent league test against Pickens (Jasper, GA)

With the defeat, White County drops to 6-13 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to West Hall (Oakwood, GA) to face the Spartans in a 3A Area 7 outing on Tuesday, April 4. The Spartans enter the outing with a record of 5-14. West Hall won 13-1 in their recent non-league outing against Johnson (Gainesville, GA)
