The Santa Monica Vikings lacrosse team scored 9 points and held the visiting El Segundo Eagles to 7 in the Vikings league win on Friday.
The Vikings (10-3) will now prepare for their match against Chadwick (Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA). The Dolphins go into the non-league match with a 1-4 record.
The Eagles (2-6) will now prepare for their match against Beverly Hills (Beverly Hills, CA). The Normans go into the Ocean match with a 0-5 record. In their last match, Beverly Hills was nudged by Santa Monica (Santa Monica, CA), 17-6, in a league match.
