The Preston Knights lacrosse squad (Kingwood, WV), was edged 6-4 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Musselman Applemen (Inwood, WV)
Coming up next, the Applemen meet the Spring Mills Cardinals (Martinsburg, WV) in a WVSLA - Division II challenge, on Tuesday, April 4. Musselman will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Cardinals enter the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 21-0 league loss to University (Morgantown, WV).
The Knights now sport a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to John Marshall for a WVSLA - Division II challenge on Saturday, April 1. Preston will meet a Monarchs squad coming off a 14-13 league win over Harrison County (Clarksburg, WV). The Monarchs record now stands at 2-0.
