Porter Ridge Pirates (Indian Trail, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC), 18-7 in a league test.

The Pirates now have a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Weddington for a Southern Carolina/Rocky River test on Monday, April 3. Porter Ridge will face a Warriors squad coming off a 13-8 league win over Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 9-3.

In their next game, the Wolf Pack face the Cuthbertson Cavaliers (Waxhaw, NC) in a Southern Carolina/Rocky River test, on Monday, April 3. Parkwood will attempt to move on its 2-8 season record. The Cavaliers come into the test with a 7-2 record after their 14-3 league win over Sun Valley (Monroe, NC).
