California High School Baseball - Los Altos can't hold off Homestead

March 31, 2023: Cupertino, CA 95014

The Homestead Mustangs baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Los Altos Eagles to 6 in the Mustangs league victory on Friday.

The Mustangs (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Leland (San Jose, CA). The Chargers come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Leland was nudged by Ann Sobrato (Morgan Hill, CA), 4-2, in a league challenge.

With the defeat, Los Altos falls to 5-1 on the season. The Eagles host Wilcox (Santa Clara, CA) to encounter the Chargers in a challenge on Wednesday, April 5. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 3-4. Wilcox lost 7-6 in their recent league challenge against Gunn (Palo Alto, CA)
