The crowd at Friday's league test between the South Aiken Thoroughbreds (Aiken, SC) and the visiting Airport Eagles (West Columbia, SC), saw South Aiken's soccer squad triumph over Airport by a count of 5-0.

The Thoroughbreds now hold a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Midland Valley for a AAAA Region 4 test on Tuesday, April 18.

With the defeat, Airport falls to 0-9 on the campaign. The Eagles host Brookland-Cayce (Cayce, SC) to battle the Bearcats in a non-league outing on Monday, April 3. The Bearcats go into the outing with a record of 10-5. Brookland-Cayce won 1-0 in their recent league outing against Gilbert (Gilbert, SC)
