South Carolina High School Soccer - Batesburg-Leesville knocks off Strom Thurmond

Batesburg-Leesville Panthers (Batesburg, SC) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Strom Thurmond Rebels (Johnston, SC), 10-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Panthers confront the Silver Bluff Bulldogs (Aiken, SC) in a AA Region 3 challenge, on Tuesday, April 11. Batesburg-Leesville will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 2-1 league win over Fox Creek (North Augusta, SC).
The Rebels now have a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Emerald for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 11. Strom Thurmond will confront a Vikings team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Clinton (Clinton, SC). The Vikings record now stands at 6-4.
